CPI made two presentations at the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists 3rd Annual Summer Conference, at The Banff Centre in Banff, Alberta, Canada June 6-8, 2013.

CPI senior analyst Clarissa Costalonga e Gandour presented DETERring Deforestation in the Brazilian Amazon in the Deforestation session. Senior analyst Dimitri Szerman presented an upcoming CPI analysis of PROINFA, a policy to deploy wind power in Brazil.
