Letícia Cataldo Miranda is a Junior Operations Associate at CPI/PUC-Rio, working in office management, internal communication, event production, and providing administrative, human resources, and information technology support. Letícia is currently pursuing a degree in Administration with a focus on Marketing and additional expertise in Entrepreneurship at PUC-Rio. Previously, she worked as an internal communication intern at CPI/PUC-Rio, where she was engaged in organizing events, managing press clippings, collecting social media metrics, standardizing publications, and creating an employee motivation program for nearly two years.
