Gabrielle Bourret-Sicotte joins CPI as an Analyst with the London based Energy Finance team. She has recently graduated from the University of Oxford with a PhD in Material Science, and also holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from University College London. During her doctorate Gabrielle invented a method to improve the efficiency of Silicon Solar Cells which she then patented. Prior to working at CPI, Gabrielle worked with EDF – Renouvelables to develop wind turbine sites in Turkey. She also worked with Rolls-Royce to identify single points of failure in the manufacturing of their single-crystal nickel alloy turbine blades.
