Joao Pedro Ferreira Arbache is an Analyst at CPI/PUC-Rio. He works with research on the impact of public policy on land use, with focus on agriculture, infrastructure, and on the relationship between energy and deforestation.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from UnB and a master’s degree in Economics from PUC-Rio, with a focus on Carbon Markets.

Prior to joining CPI/PUC-Rio, he worked on projects mapping investments in renewable energy and financing the Brazilian electricity sector.
