Luthfyana (Chika) is a Manager at Climate Policy Initiative (CPI), an analysis and advisory organization with deep expertise in climate finance and policy. She has more than 11 years of professional experience in sustainable investment, risk management, banking and capital markets, and financial due diligence. At CPI, Chika spearheads Indonesia workstream on sustainable finance and energy transition. Her work primarily focuses on green taxonomy, financial sector policies, climate finance landscape, blended finance and de-risking instruments, energy, and regulatory and technical studies in supporting the transitions towards the low-carbon economy.

Before joining CPI, Chika worked at Citigroup, evaluating capital markets and underwriting business for emerging economies. She also worked at EY Transactions and Corporate Finance as a Senior Consultant, where her work focused on the energy sectors and financial industry.

Chika holds Luthfyana holds a double Master’s Degree in Business Management and in Accounting, with a focus on sustainability, and Bachelor’s of Business & Commerce from Monash University, Australia. She is a member of the Indonesian Sustainability Standard Board (Dewan Standar Keberlanjutan) and CPA Australia Young Professional Committee.
