Krishna S. Kumar is an Analyst at CPI’s Delhi office, where she focuses on low carbon transition and decarbonization of the transport sector. Her expertise lies in climate policy and energy transition for developing strategies that align with global environmental targets and support economic growth.

Prior to CPI, Krishna worked at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). She contributed to projects under the Strategic Partnerships for the Implementation of the Paris Agreement (SPIPA) initiative, which aims to strengthen policy innovation and support the Paris Agreement goals.

Krishna holds a Master’s in Climate Science and Policy from the TERI School of Advanced Studies, Delhi, and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Dr. B.R Ambedkar University, Delhi.
