Feyi Osiyemi is a Junior Operations Associate at CPI, based in London. She works across both HR and Operations, providing support to the office and global functions and workstreams, which helps CPI’s mission to become more achievable.

Feyi has previously worked in a range of organisations, such as an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion consultancy and a medical advertising agency. In these roles, she was involved in implementing systems, processes and providing overall administrative support. She enjoys understanding systems and processes and how they can impact people’s experiences. Feyi has a degree in Social Sciences from the University of Kent and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
