CPI Indonesia’s Director, Suzanty Sitorus, participated in the Regional Meeting on Enabling Private Sector Clean Energy Investment in South and Southeast Asia as a Group Facilitator. This meeting was held in Bangkok on 27th of March 2017. She facilitated a discussion on “Understanding Needs and Priorities – Public and Private Sector Perspectives in Key Markets” and “Mapping the Regulatory and Enabling Environment to Unlock Investment.”
In this meeting, representatives from leading corporations, manufacturers, and governments discussed emerging strategies and near-term opportunities to achieve clean energy goals in Asia. The meeting was organized by the Clean Energy Investment Accelerator (CEIA), a public‐private partnership led by Allotrope Partners, World Resources Institute (WRI), and U.S. National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) under the LEDS Global Partnership. The initiative convened leaders from the public and private sectors to develop and implement sensible policy solutions that help unlock public and private sources of financing and accelerate clean energy solutions.
