Barbara Buchner presented the key findings of CPI’s recent Landscape of Climate Finance study and introduced the mission and early analytical results of the San Giorgio Group’s project, which analyzes, through case studies, the role of public finance in supporting the expansion of climate finance. Dr. Buchner’s presentation was introduced by Andrew Steer, Special Envoy for Climate Change, World Bank followed by comments from Stacy Swann, Head, CDFIN at IFC, and Chandra Shekhar Sinha, Lead Financial Specialist, LCSEG.
