Camila Calado Lima is a Senior Communications Associate at CPI/PUC-RIO, working as PR, strengthening the brand’s reputation, consolidating brand reputation, producing content and strategic planning, as well as editing publications. She has more than ten years of experience in the communications field, working in different sectors and markets, involving research, content production, strategic planning, brand reputation, teaching, event planning and team coordination.

She holds a PhD (FAPERJ Grade 10 Award scholarship and CNPQ scholarship) and a Master’s degree (CAPES scholarship) in Communication and Culture from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and she is a post-doctoral researcher in Philosophy from PUC-RIO. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication-Journalism from the Federal University of Piauí (2010), and in Advertising from the Unified Education Center of Teresina (2008). She is currently a post-doctoral researcher at UFRJ’s School of Communication.

She has been working with environmental causes since 2012, focusing specially on agriculture, sustainable development and contemporary ruralities. During this period, she co-organized the book “Agroecologia no Piauí: trilhas e tramas para bem viver” (2023), conducted an ethnographic research in rural locations in Piauí (2012-2014), published scientific articles, produced documentaries, lectured and coordinated communication strategies in agroecological practices (2019-2022). She was also a lecturer in the undergraduate Journalism and Master’s in Communication at the Federal University of Piauí, teaching Environmental Journalism and Organizational Communication, among others.
