Gabriel Cozendey Pereira Silva is a Senior Legal Analyst at CPI/PUC-Rio, working in the Climate Law and Governance Program on research into infrastructure, land use and mining issues.
He holds a master’s degree in Regulatory Law from the Rio de Janeiro School of Law of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV Direito Rio), a specialization in Brazilian Environmental Law from PUC-Rio and a bachelor’s degree from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).
