Manuela Ribeiro is a Program Associate at CPI/PUC-Rio, based in Belém. She currently supports projects focused on Bioeconomy and Restoration in the state of Pará and is responsible for connecting CPI/PUC-Rio’s research agenda with the state’s challenges.
Manuela has a degree in International Relations from the University of Amazonia (UNAMA), an MBA in International Business from Anhembi Morumbi/ SP and a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Diplomacy from the School of International Relations (ESRI).
Previously, she worked as foreign trade coordinator and director of strategic projects at the Secretariat for Economic Development, Mining and Energy (SEDEME), dealing mainly with production chains in the state of Pará and government policies. She was also a monitor for the Export Qualification Program (PEIEX), with the aim of training companies for the international market, as transformative opportunities for the sustainable development of the Amazon.
