Matheus Souza is a Program Operations Associate at CPI/PUC-Rio, where he supports the operationalization of project cycles from start to finish. Matheus holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Roraima, where he also obtained a master’s degree in Geography. He also has a master’s degree in Management from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Before joining CPI/PUC-Rio, he led operations at NeedsList, implementing technology in disaster and migration contexts. Additionally, he has worked in the field on projects with humanitarian organizations such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC).
