William Wallock is an Analyst at CPI, based in Washington, D.C. He supports the development of innovative financial structures that mobilize capital for climate under The Global Innovation Lab for Climate Finance and The Catalytic Climate Finance Facility. William helps lead CPI’s water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) efforts and regularly contributes to work on adaptation and nature.
William currently serves on the Steering Committee of UNESCO’s Ground Water Youth Network and is a member of the UN-Water Task Force on Innovation. Before joining CPI, he worked with the World Resources Institute and the Center for Water Security and Cooperation on climate adaptation and water affordability issues in lower-middle income economies. William holds an MSc in Water Science & Policy from the University of Oxford and a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas.
