Arthur Vieira is an Analyst based at CPI/PUC-Rio. He works with climate finance tracking, and financial instruments for restoration financing and tropical forest conservation. Arthur has contributed to the Cities Climate Finance Leadership Alliance (CCFLA), including the State of Cities Climate Finance Report, and The Global Innovation Lab for Climate Finance.

Before CPI, Arthur Vieira worked as a research assistant at Plataforma CIPÓ, a climate and global governance research institute based in Brazil, analyzing the dynamics of environmental crimes in the Amazon region. Arthur has also worked as a research assistant at Harvard University on projects about natural capital accounting, political determinants of infrastructure projects in Latin America, and public opinion studies.

Arthur holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics from Harvard University.
