Mallika Pal is a Senior Communications Associate at CPI, based in London. Mallika leads communications for the Climateshot Investor Coalition (CLIC), a program to scale finance towards low-carbon, climate-resilient, and nature-positive agriculture and food systems in developing economies. She manages CLIC’s communications portfolio across its research, events, and partners and investor communications for CLIC-supported agribusinesses.

As a graduate student, she worked with CPI on an extension of the Global Landscape of Climate Finance with a focus on Colombia’s sovereign climate debt and national green taxonomy. Before joining CPI, Mallika was a public affairs and strategic communications specialist for organizations across the fields of international development, corporate sustainability, and financial services.

She holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, where she majored in International Finance and Economic Policy and minored in Data Analytics and Quantitative Analysis.
