Rebecca Demblon is a Global People Manager at CPI, based in London. Rebecca leads our global people initiatives across the full HR and OD remit, ensuring that CPI remains a sector-leading employer, which develops, attracts and retains exceptional talent who are fully committed to CPI’s mission and vision.

Before she joined CPI, Rebecca worked for the last 15 years in various HR roles with several International non-government agencies and UK not-for-profits, working out of Kenya, South Sudan, Ireland and the UK. She has a degree in International Development and History and is an associated member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
