Sheyla Aquise is a Senior Accounting Manager at CPI, based in San Francisco. Previously, she worked at Shockwave Medical, a medical device manufacturer where she served as their Associate Director of Accounting. There she managed global revenue operations, payroll and collections. Sheyla was part of the company’s growth and expansion globally and was a key player in various special projects, system implementations and improvements. Prior to Shockwave Medical, Sheyla held progressively senior positions as an Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant for various companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Sheyla holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and is a licensed CPA. She is an environmental advocate and co-founded a neighborhood monthly meet-up to pick up litter from the streets of Crockett, California. She has also volunteered at an elementary school in Lima, Peru to address climate change issues with students.
