Stefanie Khan is a Senior Program Associate at CPI, based in London. She supports the ClimateShot Investor Coalition (CLIC) Secretariat with overall project management, strategy and governance development and implementation, and engagement with members, external consultants, and key partners.

Prior to CPI, Stefanie worked at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ GmbH) and the European Commission, in several locations including Egypt, Cyprus and Belgium. She most recently served as the Senior Project Manager for the Investment Climate Reform Facility at GIZ GmbH in Brussels. In this role, she led a newly established technical assistance facility aimed at reforming investment climates in African, Caribbean, and Pacific (ACP) countries. Prior to this, Stefanie worked as a Programme Manager for Private Sector Development at the European Commission in Nicosia, Cyprus where she managed a portfolio of EU-funded economic development projects for the Turkish Cypriot community, focusing on fostering entrepreneurship and supporting SMEs with innovative and inclusive business models.

In her roles at GIZ, Stefanie worked on promoting green entrepreneurship, green growth and sustainable business models through engagements with the Egyptian Ministry of Trade and Industry, German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and coordination with international bodies such as the G20 Development Working Group and the World Bank.

Stefanie holds a Master’s Degree in Political Sciences, Public Law, and Economic Policy from Universität Münster, Germany, and the University of Turku, Finland.
