Tinglu Zhang is a Junior Data Analyst at CPI, based in London. Tinglu focuses on the Net Zero Finance Tracker and the Climate Finance Tracking program. As a CPI’s data science team member, she seeks to apply machine learning techniques to extract valuable insights.

Before joining CPI, Tinglu worked as an Energy Management Intern in a start-up company. She seamlessly combined her expertise in building energy systems with data science techniques. Her contributions supported the company’s mission to assist customers in maximizing occupants’ thermal comfort while simultaneously reducing greenhouse gas emissions, making significant strides toward achieving net-zero goals.

Tinglu holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Data Science and Machine Learning from Imperial College London. She also holds a Master’s degree in Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning from Tianjin University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Building Environment and Energy Engineering from Dalian University of Technology in China.
