Zeineb Ben Yahmed is a Senior Climate Finance Analyst at CPI, based in Washington, D.C. She brings a rich blend of experience in international financial architecture, economic development, and financial innovation to scale up climate investment. At CPI, Zeineb provides technical and operational support to advance international financial reforms and mobilize private capital for climate finance, particularly in emerging markets and developing countries.

Prior to CPI, Zeineb honed her expertise in climate policy and sustainable development as a Human Capital Fellow at the World Bank. She helped governments in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) shift public funds from fossil fuel subsidies to programs that meet climate and poverty reduction goals. Prior to that, Zeineb was a research analyst at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, where she focused on development policy in the MENA region.

Zeineb holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS), a Master of Science in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics (LSE), and a BSc in Development Economics from SOAS University.
