On May 31, 2011, the John L. Thornton China Center at the Brookings Institution hosted Qi Ye, the director of Climate Policy Initiative at Tsinghua to discuss the findings of CPI’s Review of Low-Carbon Development in China: 2010. The event was moderated by Trevor Houser, partner of the Rhodium Group and director its Energy and Climate Practice, who provided comments after the presentation.
