CPI’s work “DETERring Deforestation in the Brazilian Amazon: Environmental Monitoring and Law Enforcement” received the award for best paper in applied microeconomics in the 35th annual meeting of the Brazilian Econometric Society. The paper was selected out of all the applications in the field.
