Barbara Buchner, CPI Senior Director, made a keynote speech on “Strategic perspectives on climate finance” at the First Forum of the Standing Committee on Finance, which took place on May 28 in Barcelona. The Standing Committee on Finance assists the Conference of Parties (COP) in relation to the financial mechanism of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. More information is available here.
