Aditi Kothari is a Gender Analyst at CPI, based in Washington, D.C. In her role, she supports gender integration and mainstreaming efforts within the Catalytic Climate Finance Facility and the Global Innovation Lab for Climate Finance. Aditi helps identify gaps in gender-responsive climate finance and works with financial innovators to co-create and incorporate gender mainstreaming strategies and plans into their instruments.
Before joining CPI, Aditi honed her expertise in climate resilience and social inclusion through her varied professional pursuits. She advised the World Bank on crafting gender-responsive heat action plans and worked on projects related to flood adaptation, decarbonization, and public health at Marsh McLennan.
Aditi holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale-NUS College.
