Léa is an Analyst at Climate Policy Initiative, based in London. She works within the ClimateShot Investor Coalition (CLIC), where she provides analytical support on climate and nature finance in agrifood systems. She also contributed to The State of Global Air Quality Funding 2023 report.
Prior to CPI, Léa gained experience in climate project development for UN agencies and the Green Climate Fund, carbon accounting, development finance, ESG investing, and social entrepreneurship. In particular, she interned at Proparco as an investment analyst, supporting deals in reforestation, regenerative agriculture, and clean energy across Asia and Latin America.
She was also a member of La Banque Postale’s mission committee on behalf of For an Ecological Awakening, fostering sustainable finance practices and alignment with The Paris Agreement. Léa holds a Master’s in Management from ESCP Business School, a BA in Economics/Social Sciences from Université Lumière Lyon II, and a BA in Philosophy from Université Paris Nanterre. Her Master’s thesis focused on assessing the most efficient innovative financial instruments in mobilizing private capital to scale up Nature-Based Solutions finance.
